If there is no beginning or end, is there a middle?
I feel like so many people are chasing an illusion of what they think and or have been led to believe fitness is.
You slip on a band and sell powders; I will raise you a rock and show you dirt.

Some would rather tell than teach. Sometimes teaching involves telling; but teaching involves much more than telling.

Wait, I need how much water and calories to do it? And I need to consume them how and when? So, how was I just able to do it? Hm. Hmm.
A workout is not the same as a training session. Random workouts put together is not a training program. Individual and random workouts put together are both potentially useful. But they are not the same thing as training.
No. We compromise on many things. But you wanted my help and what I think is best for you, and this is it. If you are not going to listen then what are we doing here? The answer is yes a lot. The answer is no right now.

Nothing is free. There are always opportunity costs. Sometimes it costs money. It always costs time. What are you paying for? Most importantly, what are you paying with?
