Stimulations IV

The people who think there are limits are those who have never pushed themselves hard enough to realize there are not.

If nothing changes, nothing will change. Over-simplified? Slightly. Accurate? Yes.

Becoming someone new means changing who you are. If you want to become someone new you cannot stay who you are; if you stay who you are you cannot become someone new.

You do not always know the exact reason or purpose or desired outcome. But doing is better than not doing.

The more I DO—and it does not matter how it looks or goes or turns out—the less I care about what other people THINK. And the less I care about what other people THINK, the more I DO. It is the doing that actually matters.

Confidence is quiet. It can speak for itself but does not have to. Insecurities are loud. They have to speak early and often because their host is not confident.

There is an easy way to tell if you have arrived; you have not. There is an easy way to tell if you are perfect; you are not.

We all have demons. We all have hurts. We all experience darkness. We all feel pain. Be kind.

Breathe. There is no need to make it harder than it already is or needs to be. Breathe.
