Everybody Has Something

Everybody has an injury, asymmetry, surgery, sickness, dysfunction, imbalance, or accident.

That does not mean you a broken human and resigned to live with your...condition, forever. That does not mean your...consideration, cannot be improved or worked around. That does not mean you are allowed to do nothing to better yourself. There is always something you can do and progress you can make.

You are not worthless or beyond repair; you are not weak, useless, or hopeless. You are just as capable as anyone else; but every day you do not is a day closer to when you cannot.

Do not view temporary adjustments as permanent sentences — commit to making them temporary. Do not view yourself as incapable because you think that others now will — their limitations do not affect your progress. Do not write off your future because it might look different than you were expecting — pick up the pen, the keyboard, the weights, yourself, and write your story.

Everybody has something, and guessing, hoping, praying, or doing nothing is never the answer.
