What is the best way? The right way. Do it.
(Why would you do anything else?)
Will you tire as time passes? Yes; that is normal and acceptable. Should you let fatigue break your form or focus? No, of course not; that is unhelpful—why would you allow that? Give the necessary effort and attention and keep giving the necessary effort and attention.
What is right may look different on different people. You should be adjusting as needed; but only as truly needed. Round three should look the same as round one. Round 23 should look the same as round one. Round 40 should look the same as round one, and everything in between is only as quality and effective as you make it—so focus and make things what they need to be to make you better.
