The worst enemies are not those who openly despise you, but false friends. You will always create enemies but you must make friends.

I see so many people trying to be someone they are not. If you stand for something you will find who you are meant to be.

I see everything in health and fitness and I see health and fitness in everything; it is a gift and a curse.

I keep trying to find ways, whether intentionally or unintentionally, to beat the basics. But that is not how it works.

When did doing so little become so normal, so, acceptable? Do you start declining because you get hurt, or do you get hurt because you lower the spear?

If bullshit is a disease effort is the prescription.

How many people have done what you are thinking of doing? Think bigger.

I wish more people knew and likewise used the actual definition of words. I wish people said what they meant and meant what they said.

Why? The biggest reason is because I said I would. If you do not understand that I am not sure we have much more to say to each other.

Really? All you had to do was not do anything. And you messed that up.

It is your health and life. If you do not take care of your health and life, what life are you living?

Reflection is important. But living in the past is unhelpful and unhealthy.

What on earth could you possibly be saving it for? Go.

If you ever want to learn a lesson about life, take a walk through a cemetery. If you don't get it, do it again.

Empathy is heavy. Anything can be therapeutic. Escape is short-term therapy. Who counsels the counselors?

What do I want? The World, for starters.
